Warranty for all products is one year against manufacture defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused during moving or installation. Installation is not covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover abusiv treatment, misuse or surface scratches. All warranty claims must be made in writting to Tovolo Bath Gallery with detailed description of the defect.

Stone products will have natural color variations due to the material. If a peace is to be replaced for warranty purposes a different variation in color may be received due to this characteristic of stone products.

All wood pieces a stone resistant, however when you have large portions of water sitting on the surface it is not considered water resistant and will cause damage to the wood just like any other furniture piece will. Standing water is harmful to the finish and must bewiped of immediately.
